Manager, Maintenance & Automation

Job description:

Control maintenance cost by maximizing spare part lifetime through preventive maintenance and modification, spare part substitution and self-manufacturing

Forecast plan and implement maintenance & repair strategy covering mechanical, electrical & instrument to support continuity of production

Execute implementation sustainability management (ISO, EMS, Safety, Continuous Improvement, etc) to make business sustainable and continuously improve

Conduct business process performance analysis and lead improvement/automation action plan business operation excellence

Organize energy and steam consumption of machine operation and improve its performance to achieve low carbon emission

Job requirement:

S1 Electronika, S1 Control and Instrument

Experience min 5 year in Automation Industry, preferably in converting machine or carton box production

Experience handling Instrument & Automation

Input and able to make PLC, HMI, and VSD Programming (Siemens, Mitshubishi, Omron, Lenze, Schneider, Fatek, Weintek)

Active english (Writing, speaking and listening)

Placement in Karawang, West Java
