Expert QC

Role Summary
Responsible for managing and improving the mill’s Quality Control (QC) system with a strong focus on quality data analysis, statistical control, and data-driven quality improvement to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and standardize the QC system across production and laboratory operations.
• Analyze quality data using SPC and other statistical tools to identify trends and risks.
• Develop quality dashboards and reports for management decision-making.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pulp & Paper, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–8 years’ experience in QC/QA within pulp & paper or process manufacturing.
• Strong skills in quality data analysis, SPC, and QC systems.
• Experience with LIMS, MES, or quality data platforms is an advantage
• Will be based in Karawang, West Java
