Expert, Instrument Maintenance

Job Purpose
Responsible for ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and optimal performance of instrumentation and control systems to support safe and continuous mill operations.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate field instruments, analyzers, and control systems.
    •    Support DCS/PLC/SCADA systems, including commissioning and shutdown activities.
    •    Execute preventive and corrective maintenance in line with OEM and safety standards.
    •    Conduct root cause analysis and drive instrumentation reliability improvements.
    •    Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and maintenance documentation requirements.
    •    Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications
    •    Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
    •    15 years’ experience in instrumentation maintenance within large industrial plants.
    •    Strong knowledge of process instrumentation, control loops, valves, and analyzers.
    •    Experience with DCS/PLC systems (Honeywell, Yokogawa, Siemens, ABB, or equivalent).
    •    Strong problem-solving skills and safety mindset.
