Expert, Automation Maintenance

Job description:

• Control maintenance cost by maximizing spare part lifetime through preventive maintenance and modification, spare part substitution and self-manufacturing

• Forecast plan and implement maintenance & repair strategy covering mechanical, electrical & instrument to support continuity of production

• Execute implementation sustainability management (ISO, EMS, Safety, Continuous Improvement, etc) to make business sustainable and continuously improve

• Conduct business process performance analysis and lead improvement/automation action plan business operation excellence

• Organize energy and steam consumption of machine operation and improve its performance to achieve low carbon emission

Job requirement:

• S1 Electronika, S1 Control and Instrument

• Experience min 5 year in Automation Industry, preferably in converting machine or carton box production

• Experience handling Instrument & Automation

• Input and able to make PLC, HMI, and VSD Programming (Siemens, Mitshubishi, Omron, Lenze, Schneider, Fatek, Weintek)

• Active english (Writing, speaking and listening)

• Placement in Karawang, West Java
