What You Will Experience: 

• Review PM AFE, Supplier List, TBE, Cost Comparison, Performance Guarantee Comparison, COTA, CPTA, CFA etc for new paper machine projects and renovation projects
• Support technical negotiations on equipment selection for new paper machine projects or renovation projects, the rationality of process routes, technical plans, investment budgets etc
• Support the improvement of operating efficiency of paper machines in various factories in Indonesia, improve OEE, and propose improvement plans for problems that arise during production and operation
• Collect and analyze domestic and foreign paper machine market, operation and other information, and benchmark against advanced domestic and foreign paper machine
• Summarize the lessons learned in China & Indo,promote the digital inteligence and standardization of project managemeng, and replicate project best practices to Indonesia
• Assist the project team to execute the project "quickly,well and economicallly" if candidate from China
• Actively participate in the project to identify problems and difficulties in the project operation, coordinate and assist all parties to solve problems quickly, if major incidents are found,promply report to Superior and make recommendation for solutions
• Carry out project inspection, supervise the implementation of project construction process, and review,optimize and improve the whole supply chain process system according to the actual situation

What is Required: 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related fields are welcome to apply
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Windows
• Good in English, both writing and speaking
• Working arrangement: WFO, Monday-Friday, 08.00-17.00 WIB
