  1. Manage maintenance of all machines.
  2. Machines preventive maintenance scheduling and implementation.
  3. Machines history documenting.
  4. Machines spare parts controlling.
  5. Window for subcontractor or vendor.
  6. Annual maintenance cost budgeting and implementing.
  7. Supporting production side, for technical or process.
  8. As quality team member, define root cause of technical issue and looking for some solution and continues improvement.
  9. ISO 9000 implementation.-Ensure plant operate in a safe, efficient manner according to SOP
  10. Planning and organize daily maintenance activity meet the agreed/comited requirement of mill
  11. Organize that all the required maintenance data report are in order and timely
  12. Take initiatives to understand and comply with all relevant regulation
  13. Lead and monitor performance of site team in a manner consistent with management expectation
  14. Planning and prepare annual O & M program and budget which incorporate systematic monitoring and review procedures
  15. Identify and take control of value drives of KPI
  16. Build and maintain a cordial working relationship with the mill and among staff
  17. Give feedback to management on any areas of concern
