Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma Three (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Good communication skills, teamwork, and working under pressure (especially during shutdown maintenance).
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Problem-solving skills (analytical).
- Discipline in adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) procedures.
- Ability to work in a team.

Job Description
- Maintenance and repair of mechanical systems (pumps, gearboxes, conveyors).
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine failures.
- Welding, fabrication, and piping repair.
- Use of precision measuring instruments (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges).
