Senior Expert Mechanical

Requirement

• S1 Graduate Mechanical Engineering

• Experience min 10 years in mechanical with 3 years as Manager or Expert Engineering or Maintenance, preferred from Pulp * Paper Industry

• Skill & Knowledge on Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

• Skill and knowledge on Mechanical Spare part or Component, metal and non metal pipe.

• Having knowledge & experience implemented Total Production Management (TPM)

• Having ability to use Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method

• Willing to be placed in Perawang, Riau

Scope of Works

• Control maintenance cost by maximize spare part lifetime through preventive maintenance and modification, spare part substitution and self-manufacturing at Area Maintenance Mill from Mechanical side.

• Plan, implement the main focus of engineering, maintenance & repair strategy covering mechanical, project planning & design to support continuity of production.

• Ensure planning equipment testing & commissioning, modification & installations, equipment trials for modifications, availability of all spare machinery material and manpower to ensure reliability equipment.

• Contribute to strategic planning at top management level
