Qualifications
- Proficiency in computer use, including spreadsheet applications (Excel), word processing (Word), presentation (PowerPoint), and commonly used software and databases in manufacturing.
- Good integrity and proactive work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team.
- High motivation to learn.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime.
- Willingness to be assigned to a designated work location.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Vocational high school (SMK) in chemical engineering.

Job description
- Control and operate various plant equipment, such as turbines, boilers, generators, pumps, and compressors, to support production.
- Prepare and maintain chemical mixtures for processes such as boiler water and cooling tower water treatment.
- Conduct quality control testing on raw materials and finished products to meet specifications and standards.
- Maintain detailed logbooks and written reports of hourly operations and production data.
