"Calculate the quantity and placement of each cargo item in the container to obtain the maximum quantity per container based on the container specifications and type."
Check and print container drawing requests from Marketing through the CRM system and Lotus Notes.
Print out inquiries and verify request details and instructions.
Check with the Production Planning unit if the container drawing request uses paper stock.
Calculate the maximum paper cargo load for each container.
Draw the placement and arrangement of each paper cargo item per container.
Ensure and verify that the container drawing calculations comply with applicable regulations and meet the requested requirements, such as maximum load, box arrangement, etc.
Inform/propose the results via CRM to the Customer Service unit for Sales Order issuance.
Revise container drawings for each recalculation request from Customer Service and the Paper Warehouse.
Coordinate with the Production Planning and Production units for each new item or request to determine the appropriate dimensions and pallet combinations to achieve the maximum cargo quantity per container.
Check the field and coordinate with the site officer if there are any cargo stuffing issues.
e-Filing Container Drawing results into the SAP system and archiving hard copies on CD.
