Job Purpose

Responsible for managing organization development activities and performance management processes to support business targets and employee effectiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities
    •    Manage organization development initiatives (job structure, competency mapping, workforce improvement).
    •    Coordinate and monitor the performance management cycle (KPI setting, review, appraisal).
    •    Ensure alignment between individual performance and company objectives.
    •    Analyze performance data and provide improvement recommendations.
    •    Support managers in performance evaluation and organizational issues.
    •    Maintain performance management systems and related HR tools.
    •    Prepare simple reports for HR and management.

 

Requirements
    •    Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or related field.
    •    3–5 years experience in OD, performance management, or HR development.
    •    Good understanding of KPI and performance appraisal systems.
    •    Strong analytical and communication skills.
    •    Experience in manufacturing/industrial environment is a plus.
