Lead preventive & corrective maintenance for recovery boiler and auxiliary systems (pressure parts, burners, fans, pumps, piping) to ensure maximum availability and reliability
Diagnose mechanical failures & perform root cause analysis, executing repair strategies to prevent recurring issues and minimize unplanned shutdowns
Plan and optimize maintenance programs, including inspection of boiler tubes, pressure components, and high-temperature systems to maintain efficiency and safety
Ensure compliance with safety & regulatory standards, managing high-pressure/temperature systems and enforcing best practices during maintenance and shutdown activities
Provide technical leadership and coordination, supervising maintenance teams/contractors and recommending upgrades or improvements for boiler performance and lifecycle extension
