Manager, Area Maintenance (Electrical)

Key Responsibilities
    •    Manage maintenance of HV, MV, and LV electrical systems, transformers, switchgear, and MCCs.
    •    Ensure reliable power supply for production operations.
    •    Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
    •    Conduct root cause analysis for electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
    •    Lead maintenance teams and coordinate maintenance planning with operations.
    •    Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
    •    Support electrical system upgrades and improvement projects.

Qualifications
    •    Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    •    Minimum 10 years experience in electrical maintenance in heavy industry (pulp & paper, power plant, petrochemical, or manufacturing).
    •    At least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
