Job Description:

• Identifying training needs through various methods like surveys, performance evaluations, and direct observation
• Designing and developing training programs, including curriculum, materials, and delivery methods (e.g., classroom training, online courses, on-the-job training).
• Conducting training sessions, workshops, and presentations to educate employees on various aspects of their roles and responsibilities.
• Managing training budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors, and tracking expenses.
• Collaborating with training vendors to source materials and deliver specialized training
• Ensuring that training programs comply with relevant regulations and safety standards
• Providing guidance and support to employees and instructors on training methodologies and skills.
• Keeping abreast of the latest training methodologies, technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or Industrial Psychology
• At Least 8 years of experience in a training or development role, with a proven track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable
• Have excellent public speaking skills
• Placement in Riau, Perawang
