Expert Turbine

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and optimize turbine-generator performance, efficiency, and reliability.
* Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of turbine-generator issues.
* Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
* Support turbine overhauls, shutdowns, commissioning, and upgrade projects.
* Analyze operational data and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering standards.
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and technicians.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in steam turbine-generator operation and maintenance.
* Experience in power plants, pulp & paper, petrochemical, or heavy industry.
* Strong knowledge of turbine systems, generators, vibration analysis, reliability engineering, and preventive maintenance.
* Good analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
