Expert, Project RB & RCLK

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support during engineering, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
* Review engineering designs, specifications, drawings, and vendor documentation.
* Coordinate with project teams, operations, maintenance, contractors, consultants, and OEMs.
* Monitor installation and construction activities to ensure technical, quality, and safety compliance.
* Identify and resolve technical issues, project interfaces, and operational risks.
* Participate in HAZOP, inspections, FAT/SAT, performance testing, and project handover.
* Support troubleshooting and optimisation of Recovery Boiler and RCLK systems.
* Ensure integration with existing mill processes, utilities, and control systems.
* Support technical documentation and knowledge transfer to operations and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Process Engineering, or a related field.
* Relevant experience in pulp & paper, recovery boilers, power generation, or large-scale industrial projects.
* Experience in project engineering, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
* Good understanding of industrial equipment, process systems, and engineering standards.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
* Good understanding of HSE and environmental requirements.
