Expert, Mechanical Maintenance

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability, efficiency, and safety of mechanical systems in the power plant, including boilers, turbines, pumps, and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Maintain and troubleshoot boilers, turbines, pumps, and auxiliary equipment
    •    Support daily power plant operations and equipment reliability
    •    Lead mechanical maintenance and major overhauls
    •    Analyze equipment failures and recommend improvements
    •    Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
    •    Provide technical guidance to engineers and technicians

Requirements
    •    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
    •    Minimum 10 years of experience in power plant or heavy industry
    •    Strong knowledge of boilers, steam turbines, and rotating equipment
    •    Experience in maintenance and reliability improvement
    •    Good problem-solving and communication skills
