 What You Will Experience:

• Developing category plan and strategies to improve sales in store
• Selecting, pricing and positioning of category products by channel
• Tracking and monitor Fundamental (AO, MSL, SKU, Call Compliance, Program, etc)
• Maintain category documents and records according to company policies
• Tracking and monitoring DDR (FOX Project, Zone, Homebased)
• Sales morning brief and JCWA
• inventory turnover goals and maximize sales current SKU & NPD
• Build strong working relationship with customers for new business opportunities branding & dress up in store
• Stay updated on category trends and competitive market
• Communicate information about new products and changes to relevant teams within the company
• Prepare data for Business Review Management
• Work consists of analysing the latest sales and loyalty data, attending focus groups to gain fresh shopper insights and a variety of reporting
• Providing analysis helps aid our company to make important business decisions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree any major, preferably Marketing/ Business Management
• Minimum 8 years experiences Trade / Analyst, with 3 years in Managerial level
• FMCG experiences is a must
• Advance in Excel, Power BI/Tableau is a must
• Good analytical skill and attention to detail
• Good attitude and communication skill
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
