Supervisor Operations Baling Center

Job Description:

• Oversee day to day activities, ensuring work completed on time based on standard
• Provide guidance, support and training to the employee
• Plan and organize work schedule, assigning tasks based on team member's strengths and workload
• Monitor workflow to ensure smooth opperations and address any bottlenecks / issue promptly
• Evaluate employee performance
• Control raw material and finish good inventory
• Control the sparepart and other consumable items related with production
• Ensure all machine well maintenance
• Ensure all activities comply with all company policies
• Promote safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conductiong regular safety checks
• Work with team to optimize workflow and production activities
• Provide support in other area as needed
