What You Will Experience: 

• Oversee production activities and ensure all machinery operates efficiently and effectively
• Ensure smooth flow and timely arrival of incoming raw materials to support continuous production. - Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Ensure raw materials and finished goods meet the required factory specifications and quality standards.
• Safeguard and maintain company assets, including production equipment and facilities.
• Foster and maintain good relationships with internals, suppliers, and surrounding communities or environment. 

What is Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• Have minimum 5 years experienced as Supervisor level in manufactured company.
• Have a knowledge in Production, machine maintenance and Quality Control.
• Good Communication and interpersonal Skill.
• Strong knowledge, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar and experienced in using Computer: Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Able to communicate in English is an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Baling Center, Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur
