Job Description:

• Responsible for management report, gathering, collecting and analyzing relevant data from various sources.

• Cleaning up & organizing data to ensure accuracy and reliability

• Execute continuous improvement projects

• Lead projects, review, monitoring and audit

• Deliver accurate report and reliable data, improve Cost/OEE/Production Volume, On Time Project Execution

Requirements:

• Background in production, engineering, continuous improvement, or project management.

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Chemical with minimum 2 years experience within the manufacturing industry.

• Good analytical and problem solving skills, have interest & passionate in data & business process, ability to multi task and manage multiple projects.

• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skill. Comfortable to work in cross  functional team across mills in fast-paced environments.

• Positive personality with ability to work under minimum supervision to deliver desire results.

• Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

• Mandarin speaker is a plus
