Officer, MBOS

Job Descriptions:

1. Facilitate MBOS activities within the Division including meeting cadance, coaching, project review (SDA, SGA, JDI), internal competition, create / co-create Reward Penalty and Index Competition.
2. Carrying out all forms of MBOS activities at the mill level, such as: KPI Target Setting, SDA, SGA, JDI Competitions and other mill Competitions, Index Competition and Reward Penalty, Cross Sharing Learning, Consolidate with the MBOS Coordinator for each Division, and Support the implementation of projects from MBOS Corporate.
3. Implement and report Business process performance (such as: OEE, Prod. Volume & Unit consumption, Data supply, data analysis, window for all data requests, MBOS Report, Verified E-Mpro Project, Maintain Dashboard System, and KPI Tracking numbers) to meet KPI, OEE, Cost, EBITDA and Business Plan.
