Head of Conflict Resolution (Industrial Plantation Forest)

Qualifications

1. Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Forestry, Social Sciences, or International Relations.

2. At least 7 years of experience in conflict resolution, mediation, or community development, preferably in the forestry/plantation sector.

3. Strong negotiation and mediation skills.

4. In-depth knowledge of forestry and agrarian regulations.

5. Ability to engage with communities and lead empowerment initiatives.

6. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
