Head, Data Management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise databases, including PostgreSQL/PostGIS and Oracle Spatial.
• Develop and implement data architecture, data governance, and master data management (MDM) frameworks.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of operational and spatial data.
• Oversee geodatabase management and integration between Regional and HQ systems.
• Ensure all data changes are properly validated, documented, and recorded.
• Collaborate with District, Regional, and HQ stakeholders to support business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of data management processes and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, GIS, Geomatics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Data Architecture, Data Warehouse, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, and Oracle Spatial.
• Experience in Data Governance, Data Quality Management, and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
