We Are Hiring – Forest Protection Head 

 📍 Placement: Jambi Area

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team as Forest Protection Head. This role is crucial in ensuring sustainable forest management, community engagement, and effective conflict resolution in our operations.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Social Sciences, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in Industrial Forest Plantation (HTI) in a similar position (preferred).

  • Proven experience in land acquisition, conflict resolution, and strong understanding of HTI regulations and operations.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Excellent communication skills, with effective decision-making and negotiation abilities.

  • Experience in community engagement with local stakeholders and empowerment programs to support sustainable operations.
