What You Will Experience: 

• Open up market information for wastepaper collection in Indonesia
• Looking for new database wastepaper supplier
• Ability to plan, execute and evaluate progress toward goals
• Understand market price and able to negotiate effectively
• Other job allocation from superiors
• Research and doing data analysis data to improve operational and performance
• Coordinate each baling center point to maximize the machine capacity

What is Required: 

• Male/Female, Age 30-40 years old (flexible)
• Degree in business or related field and from reputable university
• Work experience minimal 3 years in sales and marketing roles within the paper/wastepaper/FMCG industry
• Able to operate computer (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Accustomed to doing presentation and reporting to management
• Good attitude and interpersonal skills across functions & levels
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Must have strong problem-solving skills
• Critical thinking, ability to analyze, taking insights, & create recommendations from data
• Teamwork
• Time management
• Willing to travel across Indonesia
• Results driven
• Based in Sidoarjo, East Java
