What You Will Experience:

• Responsible on managing daily sales operation all channel GT/MT as coverage area
• Responsible to achieve and increasing sales target
• Monitors and motivates sales team member
• Promotion program implementation as well as managing budget, stock and distribution

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
• At least 5 years experiences in Sales FMCG, Manager Level
• High achiever and target oriented person
• Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation skill
• Passionate on handling and motivating subordinates
• Experiences manage sales in Tangerang and surroundings
• Preferable owning a vehicle and willing to mobile, as coverage area
