Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, cylinders, and related components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of hydraulic equipment to identify wear, leaks, or potential failures.
- Test hydraulic systems after maintenance to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
- Replace worn or damaged parts such as seals, hoses, fittings, and filters.
- Adjust pressure settings and flow rates according to specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
- Report any major issues or recommendations for improvement to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE during maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Suggest improvements to enhance hydraulic system reliability and reduce downtime.
- Support projects involving hydraulic system upgrades or modifications.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hydraulic maintenance or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and hydraulic schematics.
- Familiarity with safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
