Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, cylinders, and related components.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hydraulic equipment to identify wear, leaks, or potential failures.
  • Test hydraulic systems after maintenance to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
  • Replace worn or damaged parts such as seals, hoses, fittings, and filters.
  • Adjust pressure settings and flow rates according to specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
  • Report any major issues or recommendations for improvement to the supervisor.
  • Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE during maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance hydraulic system reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Support projects involving hydraulic system upgrades or modifications.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hydraulic maintenance or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and hydraulic schematics.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
