Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance team activities.
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical guidance.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, spare parts, and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with production and engineering departments to minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor technicians to improve skills and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and industrial automation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and reliability practices.
• Good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
