(TK) Senior Operator, Production Stationery (23550)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage flexo printing machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
• Perform technical troubleshooting for issues such as misregister, ink smearing, and other printing defects, including detailed analysis of printing results.
• Manage color and ink settings, with strong knowledge of ink formulation, viscosity, pH balance, Rub Test, and color solidity to maintain consistent print quality.
• Handle prepress and plate processes, including preparation, installation, and evaluation of polymer plates to ensure suitability for specific jobs.
• Utilize measuring instruments to conduct precise quality checks on printing results.
• Understand printing materials, including paper characteristics, ink properties, and polymer behavior, to optimize production performance.
• Conduct basic maintenance on printing machines and units to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Apply fundamental knowledge of ISO standards, Halal certification requirements, and occupational health & safety (K3) to maintain compliance and safe operations.

Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in flexographic printing operations.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving for printing defects.
• In-depth knowledge of ink chemistry and color management.
• Familiarity with prepress workflows and plate handling.
• Skilled in quality control using measurement tools.
• Understanding of printing materials and machine maintenance.
• Awareness of ISO, Halal, and K3 standards for compliance and safety.
