Requirement:

• Diploma (D3) or higher in Engineering or a technical discipline

• At least [1–2] years of experience in pallet manufacturing or workshop operations

• Familiarity with woodworking tools, hydraulic presses, and basic hand tools

• Ability to read technical drawings and follow assembly instructions

• Physically fit and able to work in a hands-on, industrial environment

• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and workshop efficiency techniques

• Experience with automated cutting and assembly equipment

• Basic understanding of inventory and material management
