(TK) Operator, Stock Preparation (25702)

Responsibilities:

·        Operate and monitor equipment

·        Prepare raw materials

·        Maintain equipment: cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and minor repairs.

·        Troubleshoot issues, resolve mechanical or process problems quickly

·        Ensure quality standards of pulp and consistency for downstream paper production

·        Coordinate with supervisor and team

Requirements:

·        Technical knowledge of paper manufacturing processes

·        Attention to detail to monitor pulp quality and machine performance

·        Physical stamina for operating heavy machinery in fast paced environments

·        Problem-solving ability to handle breakdowns and process deviations

·        Teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with production staff
