(TK) Operator, Stock Preparation (23451)

Job Responsibility

• Operate stock prep machinery.

• Monitor raw material quality.

• Control mixing and refining and maintain equipment.

• Troubleshoot issues, record production data, & follow safety protocols.

• Collaborate with production teams: Coordinate with other operators and supervisors to meet production goals.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or related major.
• Previous experience operating and maintaining machinery in an industrial setting, preferably in a paper mill or similar industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of paper manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment monitoring.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
