(TK) Operator, Rewinder - Paper (25224)

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate rewinder machines according to production orders.
• Inspect incoming rolls for defects and ensure proper alignment and tension during rewinding.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of rewinder equipment.
• Label and package finished rolls according to company standards.
• Record production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with quality control and other departments to ensure product compliance.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or printing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical instructions.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy rolls/materials as needed.
