Job Description

• Operate machinery and tools for pallet production and repair.
• Assemble, repair, and maintain wooden or plastic pallets according to specifications.
• Ensure proper measurement, cutting, and fitting of pallet components.
• Inspect finished pallets for quality and durability.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop area.
• Report equipment malfunctions and assist in basic maintenance.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
• Support inventory management of raw materials and finished pallets.

Requirements

• Experience in woodworking, carpentry, or machine operation preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Basic knowledge of measurement, cutting, and assembly techniques.
• Physical stamina to handle manual labor and heavy lifting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
