Job Description

• Operate and monitor flexographic printing machines to ensure smooth production.
• Set up printing equipment, including plates, inks, substrates, and rollers.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve required print quality and efficiency.
• Inspect printed materials for accuracy, color consistency, and defects.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or printing issues during production runs.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating flexographic printing machines or similar equipment.
• Basic knowledge of printing processes, inks, substrates, and color matching.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor machine adjustments and maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Good physical stamina; able to stand for long periods and handle materials.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and compliance with company policies.
