Key Responsibilities

• Operate finishing machines such as cutters, slitters, rewinders, and packaging equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished paper products to ensure they meet size, weight, and quality requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of finishing equipment.
• Report and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or production issues.
• Follow production schedules and meet output targets.
• Ensure proper labeling, bundling, and packaging of finished goods.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation, preferably in paper or packaging industry.
• Ability to read and interpret production instructions and technical specifications.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle materials safely.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
