(TK) Officer, Production Planning (23879)

Job Responsibility  :

• Create and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity

• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources

• Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and optimize output

• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production performance and planning accuracy

• Support long-term capacity planning and strategic production initiatives

• Utilize ERP systems or production planning software for data input, tracking, and reporting

Requirement : 

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field 

• Strong analytical and forecasting skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis tools)

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
