(TK) Officer, Logistic Local Transportation (25332)

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange and schedule local deliveries and pickups.
• Monitor vehicle availability and assign routes efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with traffic, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of transport activities (logs, invoices, fuel usage).
• Optimize routes to reduce fuel consumption and delivery time.
• Monitor transportation expenses and propose cost-saving measures.
• Negotiate with local transport vendors when outsourcing is required.
• Handle documentation related to permits, licenses, and insurance.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on transport operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics or transportation management.
• Knowledge of local transportation regulations and route planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
