(TK) EXIM - Specialist, Exim Clearance

Responsibilities

• Handle export and import clearance processes in accordance with applicable regulations

• Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping lines, and freight forwarders

• Prepare and verify export-import documents (PIB, PEB, invoice, packing list, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with government regulations related to international trade

• Monitor and report the status of shipments and clearance activities

• Resolve operational issues and provide effective solutions

• Maintain good relationships with relevant institutions and logistics vendors

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in export-import and customs clearance

• Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures

• Proficient in using INSW, CEISA, and other customs-related systems

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure

• PPJK certification is a plus
