Expert - Instrument Project Engineer

• Owner’s technical authority for instrumentation & control scope of large tissue machine projects, overseeing EPC/contractors from FEED through commissioning and handover.
• Review, challenge, and approve vendor/EPC deliverables (instrument datasheets, loop diagrams, I/O list, control philosophy, SIS, FAT/SAT) to ensure safety, operability, and mill standards.
• Coordinate instrumentation with process, mechanical, electrical, automation, OEM machine suppliers, and mill operations to ensure integrated, constructible solutions.
• Lead site execution for instrumentation works including installation supervision, loop checking, commissioning, startup support, and performance stabilization.
• Provide expert judgment on instrumentation reliability, obsolescence, and long‑term maintainability; mentor junior engineers and advise management on I&C project decisions.
