- Lead end‑to‑end HR operations for mill workforce (recruitment, IR, payroll, C&B, Talent Management, OD)
- Manage union & non‑union employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure full compliance with labor law, safety, and industrial regulations
- Partner with Mill Head on manpower planning, shift systems, and overtime control
- Drive performance management, training, and competency development programs
- Maintain accurate HR records, audits, and statutory reporting
