- Lead electrical design review and site implementation for paper mill construction, including HV/MV/LV systems
- Ensure power distribution, MCCs, drives, and control panels are installed per IEC/IEEE and project specifications
- Coordinate with EPC, OEMs, and civil/mechanical teams to resolve interface and constructability issues
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems up to energization
- Identify construction risks, ensure electrical safety compliance, and drive corrective actions on site
- Support project schedule, quality control, and handover documentation for electrical scope
