What You Will Experience:

• Analyze production capacity & sales forecast monitoring, SKU rationalization, pricing strategy, product developement.
• Sales budget planning including product/brand category, targeted market, sales volume, and pricing.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to execute program to increase sales performance.
• Develop EBITDA, sales volume, market share, achievement, business objectives, and brand strategies. 
• Evaluate the financial aspects of marketing & production activities .
• Conduct market research and evaluate the financial aspects of marketing & production.
• Ensure on time production schedule and delivery planning.
• Inventory management and monitoring production material.

What is Required:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably Engineering major from reputable university.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field, manage products, preferably from Paper industry.
• Having good knowledge about sales/marketing strategy, production process, logistic and delivery.
• Good analytical thinking. reporting, and problem solving.
• Location based: Malang, East Java.
